Dyckerhoff Zement International AG started to cooperate with the International Auditing Group LLC in 2001, when the firm was engaged to audit some Ukrainian affiliates, whose financial statements have to be submitted to the National Committee on Securities and Stock Exchange of Ukraine.

High-quality services of the IAG made it the country auditor of Dyckerhoff AG, servicing all our affiliated Ukrainian companies, whose financial statements are consolidated into financial statements of Dyckerhoff AG.

In addition to the audit of financial statements provides consulting services on accounting and taxation issues in line with Ukrainian law to Dyckerhoff AG affiliates in the country.

Chiltern International Ukraine LLC was established by Chiltern International Ltd., a well-known UK clinical research company with affiliates in Europe, Asia and USA, in 2007.
